What are your return/exchange details?
We strive to provide you with high quality supply items at reasonable prices with detailed listing descriptions so you can make an informed buying decision. If you have any questions about an item prior to purchasing, please let us know so we can help! For items that are eligible for return, buyers are responsible return shipping and the outbound carrier shipping cost paid to ship your order to you originally (including items purchased with free shipping) will be withheld from your refund. Buyers are responsible for any loss in value. All items purchased on sale are non-returnable.
What if my item arrives broken or damaged?
No worries! We are here to help and we've got you! We put great care in wrapping and packaging all orders with care to minimize any possible damage during the shipping process. Unfortunately, there are occasions when items are handled roughly during the shipping process and arrive damaged. Should you receive an item/order that is damaged, rest assured, we are here to help! We just need your help to inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via Etsy conversations within 3 days of delivery should there be any damage noted of your shipment. We are not responsible for any damages reported after 3 days of delivery.
