Unfortunately, there are occasions when items are handled roughly during the shipping process and arrive damaged. Should you receive an item/order that is damaged, rest assured, we are here to help! We just need your help to inspect your order upon arrival and notify us via Etsy conversations within 3 days of delivery should there be any damage noted of your shipment.
